At the beginning of the interview, Sidhu Moosewala was asked about the removal of a corrupt Aam Aadmi Party minister from the cabinet and sending him to jail. He said that this is a unfortunate incident for Mansa Constituency because as the Health Minister, that minister could have been expected to do a lot of new things for the constituency. But to some extent it can also be called a right beginning. The journalist asked Sidhu Moosewala that some people are saying it was an easy act or a show off, to which Moosewala replied that in a democracy everyone has the right to speak their mind but no one knows the truth. Apart from this, he said that we see such activities of corruption every day. Sidhu Moosewala said that not only governments but people are also responsible for corruption. He said that it is a different thing to be someone’s friend or supporter but it is very wrong to support or follow someone blindly. Moosewala said that he has no interest in politics but he came here to serve the people. He said that sometimes false cases are also made to defame his name. But being right, he is not afraid of all this. Regarding gun culture in Punjab and songs, Moosewala referred to Gurbani and history in a very meaningful way and explained that weapons are necessary for self-defense. Moosewala is not emotional about his defeat in the elections as he considers it a beginning and said that our aim is only to serve the people.
