This interview was published on 4 September 2022 with Jang Dhillon, who has been close to singer, artist and Sidhu Moosewala. Talking about his journey from struggle to success at the beginning of the interview, Jang Dhillon said that he considers this field to be serious because it requires a lot of thinking while writing. He said that in the beginning he did not see this industry as it was now. He said that he writes such songs because he is connected with Sikh history and literature since childhood. He said that emotional people are mentally tortured in the industry, but the artists themselves are responsible for the current situation, who promoted gang culture in their songs from the beginning. He also said that everyone in the industry should unite and demand justice for Sidhu Moosewala. He said that Sidhu was world famous, inspiring, amiable, down to earth, caring and generous. Jang Dhillon said that some people had made videos of Sidhu Moosewala’s last rites to earn money. He said that artistes have to stop portraying gang culture in their writings and songs and the current situation can be dealt with by understanding or supporting each other. He said that Sidhu Moosewala was very excited about his marriage and going to Pakistan. During the conversation, he also talked about the bonding with Ninja and Gill Raunta through Sidhu Moosewala. He told that after the death of Sidhu Moosewala, his family is also scared. Referring to his song with Gulab Sidhu, he said that he will also try to do a song dedicated to Sidhu Moosewala. Finally, he appealed to the entire industry to unite for the justice of Sidhu Moosewala.
