This interview with Senior Advocate Jagmohan Singh Bhatti was published on 15 April 2023. In this interview, Jagmohan Singh Bhatti talks about the drug report, which raises question marks on many big faces and big parties. Talking about the drug report, he said that the case was initiated by the High Court and it was a letter from a former DGP or DIG on which action was initiated. About which there was a lot of discussion but nothing came out. Rather, Balwinder Singh Sekhon had said in the High Court that the closed reports for so long should also be opened or what is the High Court hesitating about? After which the matter escalated to such an extent that Balwinder Singh Sekhon was sentenced by the court accusing him of defamation. Jagmohan Singh said that Vijay Kunwar Singh’s report is not a drug report but an investigation by the Economic Wing. It contains information about buying, selling property and partnership of officers. He openly gave information about this report. Talking about the drug worth 3 thousand crore seized from Adani’s Gujarat port, he said that no action was taken against it. This report is a continuation of earlier reports. He said that the court will have to determine the scope and take action. Apart from this, he also discussed about the management of Aam Aadmi Party. He said that why people who speak against Sikhs are not charged with UAPA or NSA, why such behavior only with Sikhs? They also discussed about the performance of Indian channels. He said that AAP party has implemented VVIP culture. He said that no one else has done as much damage to Punjab as political and sectarian leaders have done. Finally he said that Punjab never forgives traitors and good days will come soon.
