This interview with Punjabi singer and lyricist Kunda Singh Dhaliwal was published on 1 August 2022. At the beginning of the interview, Kunda Dhaliwal was asked by the journalist that even today his writings are like those of a 24 or 25-year-old youth. Why is that? Kundha Dhaliwal said that he had worked very hard to become a lyricist, due to which even today he has a great capacity to suffer and he takes it as a challenge. He said that he wants to write for a long time. When Kunda Dhaliwal was asked about his hobby of reading books, Kundha Dhaliwal said that he is very fond of reading books and he cannot live without reading books. Talking about literature, Kunda Dhaliwal said that nowadays people do not read books. Whereas in earlier times people read books for entertainment and became poets or storytellers after gaining knowledge. Kunda Dhaliwal is currently writing a song in which about 62 tribes of Punjab are mentioned, which will be loved by every Punjabi. He said that every person must have knowledge of pure Punjabi and grammar. Apart from this, Kundha Dhaliwal shared many historical facts during the conversation and also talked about the relationship between Hindus and Sikhs. He said that every person needs a Guru to succeed in life. Along with this, Kunda Dhaliwal talked about many Punjabi singers who have been singing his songs. Sharing one of his writings, Kundha Dhaliwal said that today is the era of money only. Finally, he opened up about his Facebook friendship with Sidhu Moosewala, his songs and the murder. He said that the murder of Sidhu Moosewala is a very sad incident.
