This interview with Punjabi singer Pamma Dumewal was published on 24 July 2022. In this interview, he shares the entire journey from his college days to success. Pamma Dumewal said that during graduation, he had been participating in college programs, due to which he had more inclination towards singing. Born in Anandpur Sahib, Pamma Dumewal has been singing religious and truthful songs since the beginning. He said that of course the one who speaks the truth has to face difficulties but even today there are people in the world who like this kind of music. According to Pamma Dumewal, he is fully contented with his life and prefer to live in the village peacefully instead of a hectic life. Rather than releasing songs on the internet, he prefer singing in arenas or fairs. Talking about his childhood, Pamma Dumewal told how his parents struggled to give their four children a good education. Pamma Dumewal said that nowadays people envy successful people instead of supporting them. He said that people like his songs very much and also respect him a lot. Giving a message to the youth to wear turban, he said that the society should appreciate good people. Pamma Dumewal said that he does not believe in IT cells, controversy or advertising. Pamma Dumewal said that he belongs to the family of martyrs, so he will always speak the truth and sing such songs for the nation. In the end, while singing his “jujhaaru Khalsa” song and talking about the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, he said that if such incidents continue to happen in Punjab,no one will want to live in Punjab.
