This interview of BJP leader and artist Jassi Jasraj was published on 27 August 2022. At the very beginning of the interview, Jassi Jasraj was discussed by the journalist about the intention of BJP to divide people on the basis of religion, then he said that this misconception has been deliberately spread among people. Because such misconceptions are created when one has no other way to defame BJP. He said that when BJP was in alliance with Akali Dal then such things were never spread then why now? About releasing the song on August 15, Jassi Jasraj said that he respects the national flag as much as religion. Apart from this, he also talked about his song “Tezaab 1984”. Jassi Jasraj said that BJP has no war with Sikhs. The journalist asked Jassi Jasraj why the BJP has not succeeded in getting the justice of 1984 or the desecration of Guru Granth Sahib to the Sikhs. Jassi Jasraj claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi always stands in favor of Sikhs and does everything for the good of Punjab. The journalist questioned him that if Narendra Modi respects the Sikh religion, then why were the Sikhs called traitors for hoisting the saffron flag at the Red Fort on January 26? Jassi Jasraj said that RSS is a religious organization of Hindus which is working together with BJP. While talking, he said that Kejriwal has bribed all the media and the media speaks in his favor. This interview with Punjabi singer Rupinder Handa was published on 24 August 2022. After the murder of late Sidhu Moosewala, she had demanded justice by sharing posts on her social media. After which many more people posted on their social media accounts for justice. Rupinder Handa said that when she went to Sidhu Moosewala’s house to meet his parents, she was very disappointed to see their loneliness. After which she was very restless and wants the entire industry and all Punjabis to join together and be a part of the campaign to get justice for Sidhu Moosewala’s parents. She said that Sidhu Moosewala’s popularity had become his enemy and the politics of Punjabi industry is more dirty than external politics. She said that when someone in this industry has a grudge against someone, IT cells are brought in to defame his character. Rupinder Handa said that Sidhu had also suffered exactly the same thing as her and they both had a lot of similarities such as mindset. She said that once he had supported me, today it is my duty. She also said that no one is loyal to anyone in Mohali or in the industry. Talking about herself, she said that from 5th to graduation, she learnt music from her Guruji in Sarsa and also did Master degree and M. phil from Panjab University. Finally, she requested the youth of Punjab to give up drugs and stay away from gang culture and pay attention to their parents. This interview was published on 23 August 2022 with senior Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa. At the beginning of the interview, when he was asked the reason for the defeat in the elections, he said that the mandate of the people is due to resentment against the government and some mistakes were made by our government. He said that if the Congress had controlled its internal battle in time, it would not have faced such a shameful defeat. This interview with Gurpreet Singh Mintu, founder of “Manukhta Di Seva” social service organization known as Supanyan Da Ghar was published on 21 August 2022. The Ludhiana-based NGO Manukhta Di Sewa Society (MDS) has been helping destitute persons with mental health challenges since 2016. The NGO runs a shelter for the mentally challenged persons, provides them with medical care and food, and helps them return to their families if their families accept them. We often watch their videos on social media also. Even words are fail to praise him for this service. In the beginning of the interview, Gurpreet Mintu told how his life changed and how the spirit of serving people came in his heart. Mintu said that he was brought up in a Nanaka family and Mama ji served the people as a leader. From which he got a sense of service. He said that when his father was sick, he saw other people in the hospitals who were suffering due to poverty and illness. This also had a deep impact on his mind. He has been serving people since 2016 when he used to run a dhaba. He told how for the first time a needy person came to him in a very bad condition for food and after that many people came to eat at his dhaba every day to whom he served selflessly. During the conversation, Gurpreet Mintu shared with the audience many painful stories of youngsters who have ruined their lives because of drugs , victims, patients, hearing which the heart trembles. Mintu said that drugs are being given to the youth to commit genocide of Punjabis. He said that the previous governments had never done anything to eliminate drugs from Punjab and there is a question mark for the current government as well. Talking about his NGO, he said that 1400 volunteers are serving, but due to the negligence of the government, even their paper work is not being done yet.He said that the NGO works with transparency and instead of taking money from anyone, ration, medicines, milk and hospital bills are collected. He said that SGPC should open such NGO’s and hospitals in Punjab. He also explained how a positive and happy atmosphere is maintained in his organization. Finally, he appealed to the Jathedar of SGPC and the government to form such organizations.

This interview with Shiromani Akali Dal senior leader Jathedar Karnail Singh Panjoli was published on 19 August 2022. In this interview, the past, present and future of Shiromani Akali Dal Badal’s politics were discussed with him. Talking about the allegations against the Shiromani Akali Dal, karnail Singh Panjoli said that the Akali Dal had made many sacrifices and struggled for Punjab. But Shiromani Akali Dal should correct their mistakes instead of defending them. He said that many things were done for the progress of Punjab by the Badals during their government, many historical buildings were built but the desecration of Guru Granth Sahib also happened during their time. Shots were fired at the Sikhs protesting for justice and false trials were conducted. He said that he was never close to the Badals but was close to Gurcharan Singh Tohra. He said that when Badal and Tohra separated, he went with Gurcharan Singh Tohra. About the meeting held at Amritsar, the pictures of which went viral, he said that it was just a pretext and the idea was that Sukhbir Badal should step back and there should be a new presidium. Giving his opinion, karnail Singh Panjoli said that the entire Shiromani Akali Dal should resign from their positions and prostrate at the Akal Takht Sahib and seek forgiveness. He said that there are some individuals in Shiromani Akali Dal who are very selfish and flatter Sukhbir Singh Badal for their own benefit. The organizational structure of the party has also been dissolved. He said that the cult is not accepting the role of some leaders, so their role will be written negatively in history, therefore Shiromani Akali Dal needs to sacrifice their selfishness Along with this, he also said that Shiromani Akali Dal should not have supported BJP’s mistakes. This interview with Dr Gurdarshan Singh Dhillon was published on 17 August 2022. In this interview, the issue of water in Punjab was discussed in detail with him. About the issue of SYL or water, he said that it is a very important issue without which human existence is not possible. Talking about portable water, he described the statement given by Harjot Bains and Harpal Singh in the 30th meeting of northern zonal council in jaipur presided by Amit shah. He said that this statement was anti-Punjab. Dr. Dhillon gave detailed information by presenting the historical facts about the Indus water treaty with the intervention of the World Bank in 1960. It was negotiated between Pakistan and India with the intervention of the World Bank, under which compensation was to be paid to Pakistan and false information was given by India that water would be distributed to other states. Apart from this, Dr. Dhillon spoke about the Indus and Ganga basins and also gave information about the state and internet state rivers. He illustrate that from what sources rivers are formed. He said that there is no alternative form of water and India-China conflict is also due to water. While considering the statement made by Harjot Bains about making the Tribunal Act, he gave information about the clause 78, 79, 80 of the reorganization act. Dr. Dhillon said that our leaders from old till now are responsible for the destruction of Punjab. Like Rajiv Longowal Agreement etc. About the current government, he said that no one has proper knowledge on the issue of water and they will also destroy punjab like the previous governments. Finally, he said that due to lack of water, Punjab will become a desert in the next 10-15 years.

This interview with KC Singh (former Indian Ambassador to Iran and UAE) was published on 15 August 2022. At the beginning of the interview, he was asked how he sees the current government, and he said that Punjab was asking for change, but the Aam Aadmi Party will not bring change because it also follows Delhi’s (Kejriwal’s) orders. People have been cheated in the name of change and there was no need to hire Raghav Chadha as an advisor. He said that in the name of starting new services, closed buildings are only being painted and corruption can be reduced but can never be eradicated. He said that Bhagwant Mann does not interact with the media and it is clear from the repeated changes being made in the system that there is no way of working and the system needs to be corrected. Talking about the farmers’ issues, KC Singh said that instead of giving incentives to the farmers, the government should provide new technologies which can also increase the income of the farmers. He also said that due to the fight between Delhi (BJP) and Aam Aadmi Party, Punjab is suffering and Aam Aadmi Party is not the B team of BJP. Speaking openly about the regional parties, he said that the Shiromani Akali Dal also wants to rule and run its own business, which is not possible. Talking about the issue of Mattewara forest and Chandigarh, he said that Punjab has the right to Chandigarh. Apart from this, he said that Kejriwal is in favor of Haryana. KC Singh said that if Bhagwant Mann has any policy, plan or model then it would be right to give time but the government has nothing like that. This interview with comedy actor Gurchet Chitrakar was published on 13 August 2022. In this interview, he talked about his career, society and many other things. Talking about the early days of his career, he said that acting was not accepted in his family and he succeeded due to the support of his mother. Gurchet said that earlier he used to do painting and he secured first position at state level and gold medal at national level. That’s why the word chitarkar (means painter) came after his name. Gurchet Chitrakar said that he struggled a lot in life and helped many people to succeed but some people turned out to be very ungrateful and some people still support him. He said that the acting field is the worst because the actors look very realistic on the screen when they are quite the opposite. Talking about Bhagwant Maan, he said that it was necessary to support Bhagwant Maan to bring change in Punjab. Denying all the rumors about him, Gurchet said that he has no interest in politics as his hobbies are writing, reading and acting. Gurchet said that he often speaks his mind frankly and will continue to do so in the future as well. Episode no. 61 This interview with Jagtar Singh Anjaan was published on 11 August 2022. He tries to save water and practices paddyless farming. This year, he has sown groundnut crop as the kharif crop. The reason for which is that last year the cotton crop was severely damaged due to the attack of the pink bollworm. He said that groundnut crop requires less water and groundnut seed has been brought from Rajasthan. Jagtar Singh explained when this crop is grown and how long it takes to produce which type of seed. Jagtar Singh has grown two types of seeds in his fields, one crop takes 90 days and the other type get ready in 120 days. Apart from this, he has also sown Kodo millet and finger millet in his fields. During the conversation, he said that there is no problem in marketing any crop, if there is an understanding of the method. Apart from this, he also spoke briefly about crop diseases and prevention. Jagtar Singh said that in the coming days, the rate of cotton crops will increase a lot and clothes will also be expensive. At the beginning of the interview, he was asked why people are losing faith in the Aam Aadmi Party in just a few months? So he said that people’s trust has increased more on the government and after coming to power the government is also doing many things like freeing panchayat lands from possession and 1 MLA 1 pension, recruitment in electricity and irrigation department etc. He said that to strengthen Punjab economically, the government is giving MSP to the farmers and also giving an incentive of Rs 1500 for direct sowing. Malvinder Kang said that the government is also working against corruption and VIP culture. The journalist also asked Kang questions about the leaked information about the withdrawal of Sidhu Moosewala’s security by the government and about giving justice to the family by punishing his killers. Kang said that the legal system in Punjab is also being fully reformed by the government. When the journalist asked Kang why the police lathi-charged the unemployed who were protesting outside the chief minister’s residence to get jobs. So Kang said that he opposes this but there is a constitutional process to give jobs so the government is taking time. Regarding the advertisement by the government in Haryana, Himachal and Gujarat, he said that despite the advertisement, the government has saved a lot of money which will be used for the benefit of the people. Clarifying his stand on SYL, Kang said that Punjab has absolutely no water to give to any other state. In the beginning of the interview, the doctor gave detailed information about Corona, that the virus has been around since a hundred years ago and we have known for 60 years that it infects humans. He said that earlier it was a completely harmless virus which was discovered by three scientists which became more dangerous with time. Dr BS Aulakh is a professional pharmaceutical scientist who develop drug (medicines), who has been awarded with medicine patents by many countries. Dr BS Aulakh said that he had also developed a broad spectrum anti-viral medicine for Corona, he wanted to present this medicine to the world with the help of government so that the world could get rid of Corona. But he had to face disappointment everywhere. He said that government or ICMR doesn’t listen to a middle class scientist unless he has Rs 1000-1200 crores. He said that the government only welcomes corporates. Apart from this, he has made three major researches, which will also increase the country’s GDP. He said that the Bhagwant Mann government should form the Punjab State Council for Promotion of Science and Technology to help middle-class scientists to come forward. His medicine has also been recognized by the Punjab Department of Ayurveda. Finally, giving information about himself, Dr. BS Aulakh said that he promises that if the government helps him, he will win the Nobel Prize for the country.

At the beginning of the interview, Kunda Dhaliwal was asked by the journalist that even today his writings are like those of a 24 or 25-year-old youth. Why is that? This interview with Tarun Ghai RTI Activist and Professor of Political Science was published on 30 July 2022. At the beginning of the interview, he said that in 1978, he started giving aid to 136 colleges of Punjab by implementing the 95% grant-in-aid scheme (including conditions). Recently when Krishna Kumar Secretary Higher Education took charge, he appointed representatives in these 136 aided colleges who have certain duties so that students and professors are not exploited by the management. He said that to save money, about 400 professors have been fired from colleges by managements in the last 10 years. Therefore, the government also made it mandatory that the signature of these representatives is necessary when removing any professor from the college. He said that the management of Khalsa College of Ludhiana had expressed their disagreement on the appointment of such a representative. Professor Tarun Ghai said that our organization appreciates the decision taken by the government representative. He said that in the last 16 years, there has not been a single inspection in the colleges of Punjab by the universities. Prof. Tarun exposed with evidence the huge scam perpetrated in 1993-97, by Swami Premanand Maha Vidyala Mukerian, it was taking aid since 1978. In 2010, a de-recognition letter was sent to the college, which has not happened till date. He said that there should be financial audit of colleges. Apart from this, he said that some ineligible people have become associate professors and principals in Punjab. Professor Ghai said that the Punjab government should thoroughly investigate such scams.

He said that the old leaders were very honest and of good character, who saved Punjab by fighting against the tyranny of Nehru and Indira. Talking about the Badals, Ramuwalia said that they have destroyed Punjab like appointing their relatives to high posts, confusing the Chandigarh issue, confusing the Anandpur Sahib resolution, supporting anti-farming laws etc. During the conversation, he spoke candidly about the Badals leaving the party in 1985, conspiring against Ramuwalia from the Badals to defeat him and the story behind his retirement in 2012. Ramuwalia said he never joined Congress or BJP. Ramuwalia said that they had got Waryam Singh released from jail while Badal and Captain Amarinder Singh could not get the Bandi Singhs released. Ramuwalia accused the Badals of desecrating the Guru Granth Sahib in Bargari.Finally, talking about IVF centers and drugs in Punjab, Ramuwalia said that the politics of the Badals is over and the present government should make IELTS free for students in 200 colleges of Punjab.

Talking about Aam Aadmi Party’s victory in Punjab with 92 MLA seats, he said that people were very unhappy with Congress and Akali Dal, so people chose Aam Aadmi Party to get rid of them. Captain Sidhu said that Bhagwant Mann was a good person and a good speaker due to which he could be expected for a better future of Punjab but Kejriwal’s intervention after the victory proved that Bhagwant Mann’s government is also a failure. He said that looking at Raghav Chadha and the election of members of Parliament, it seems that Bhagwant Maan is following someone’s orders. Talking about Chandigarh, he said that the city built on the deserted villages of Punjab should come as a part of Punjab. Apart from this, Captain Sandhu said that when Akali or Congress are in power, they never remember the issues of Punjab, but after losing, they do such things to make people emotional. Talking about the campaign for the Sangrur by-election, he said that the youth of Punjab had become aware and from children to old people, everyone wanted Simranjit Singh Maan to win. He told how he started taking drugs when he became idle due to being under the influence of bad company and losing for three years in Kabaddi. Sukh Johal said that when he was left alone in life and nobody was there with him, he realized that he had lost a lot in life. This gave him the courage to quit drugs. After which he thought of working out and giving up drugs to do something for his family. Sukh Johal said that now he has also received many medals from sports and he also gives work out and diet plan to people which is also his means of earning. He said that in the future he wants to organize calisthenics tournaments in Punjab. Apart from this, he said that he always speaks the truth in life and he likes to plant trees and do donations. Finally, he inspired the youth to quit drugs by telling about one of his controversies.
